Sum of ten thousand one hundred fifty Pounds in old
Continental Bills of Credit. none of said Bills being
of the emissions of May 20^th 1777 or April 11^th 1778
pursuant to the Award of Samuel Mather Esq^r
Jonathan Judd Esq^r & Paul Whitney Gentleman this
day made in the Controversy between me & said John
Simeon & Joseph
