To Elisha Porter Esqr Sherrif of the County of Hampshire

Greeting

Where Henry McCulloch
of Pelham and Jason Permenter of Barnardston
were at our supreme judicial Court held at
Northampton in and per our said County of
Hampshire on the ninth day of April in the
year of our Lord seventeen hundred and Eighty
seven by adjournment to that Time from the
first Tuesday of the same April by Writ in
Virtue of an act of the General Court made in
Februery last part convicted of the Crime of
Treason and thereupon the said Henry McCulloch
and Jason Parmenter were by the Justices of our
said Supreme judicial Court adjudged to suffer
the Pains of Death and a warrant having
thereupon issued to the Sherrif of our said
county of Hampshire to put the same sentence into
Execution upon Thursday the twentieth day
of September Instant and Whereas the said
Henry McCulloch and Jason Parmenter
have humbly supplicated our Grace and saviors?
for remittance of the said Sentence-

We therefor by and with the
Advice of the Councel of our special Grace
to hereby remit to the said Henry McCulloch
and Jason Parmenter a full, free and ample
Pardon of all the Pains and penelties they were
liabable to suffer and undergo by Virtue of the
Sentences and Judgement aforesaid and of
which the Sherrif of our said County of Hampshire
is in an especial manner to take notice
