Resolve of the General Court that There is a Rebellion

solemnly stipulated by the Articles of Con-
-federation;- and that he request Congress,
to take such measures as they shall judge
proper, for the security of the Federal Arsenal,
at Springfield, in order that the Troops of
this State, now stationed there, may be em-
ployed on other services.-

own Vote, & ordered, that Saml Adams and
Tristan Dalton Esqrs be a Committee on the
part of the Senate to confer with such Committee
or the Hon.ble House may appoint, on the subject
matter of this Resolve
