Verdict for Jason Parmenter

Guilty -- that the said Daniel Luddington is Guilty -- that
the said James White is Guilty -- that the said Alpheus
Colton is Guilty and that the said Moses Dickenson J^r is not
guilty -- It is therefore considere by the Court that the said
Moses Dickenson Jun^r be discharged & go thereof without
day -- And now the Attorney eneral moves that Sentence
of Death might be given against the said Jason Parmenter
Daniel Luddington, james White & Alpheus Colton the
Prisoners of the Bar upon which it is demanded of them
the said Jason Parmenter Daniel Luddington James
White and Alpheus Colton if they have or know ought to
say wherefor the said Justices here out not upon the
premises and verdict aforesaid to proceed to Judgement
against them who nothing further say unless as they before
had said Whereupon all and singular the premises
being seen and by the said Justices here fully
understood -- It is considered by the Court ^ house that the
said Jason Parmenter be taken to the Goal of the Com-
monwealth from whence he came and from thence to the
place of Execution and there be hanged by the neck untill he
be dead. that the said Daniel Luddington be taken to the Goal
of the Commonwealth from whece he came and from thence
to the place of execution & there be hanged by the neck untill
he be dead that the said James White be taken to the Goal
of the commonwealth from whence he came and from thence
to the place of Execution and there be hanged by the neck
till he be dead -- and that the said Alpheus Colton be taken to the
Goal of the Commonwealth from whence he came & from
thence to the place of Execution and there be hanged by the neck
untill he be dead-
